The Grand
The Grand is our most unique and exclusive spa package. Transform your body and mind in this water-based experience as your therapist takes you on an ultimate spa journey.
Your service starts with a Hydrotherapy session in our state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy tub. From here, you will be scrubbed head to toe in our Vichy wetroom. After a warm Vichy rinsing, you are then taken to a warm spa suite, where a body wrap is applied. As you are cocooned in warmth, experience a wonderful head, scalp, and foot massage.
The final step is having a hydrating lotion applied to your entire body to leave you looking and feeling amazing.

Located in Chicago’s historic Palmer House Hotel on the 5th floor, you will be transported to another time with the hotel’s old-world charm and the spa’s modern amenities.
